1. Recruitment / Talent Acquisition (includes writing of Jds for different opening within the organisation, posting on diff job portals, sourcing/selecting best possible match, conducting and/or coordinating interviews with people/tech panel responsible, keeping track of cost involved, maint of records of people selected/rejected/offers released/ppl didn't join after offer/ employees referral etc)
2. Attendance maint/record
3. Leave management
4. Employee Engagement
5. Employee Welfare
6. Training, Learning & Development
7. Taking care of Joining & Exit Formalities
8. Performance Appraisal (complete lifecycle depending upon the responsibility given by HOD)
9. Maintaining Employees records/databse for Contractuals,permanent/probationers along with their salary and Ed qualification
10 Payroll process
11 PF/ESI formalities
12 Maint upto date database of potential candidates
13 Competency mapping (done by the help of point no 9)
14 Succession planning (done by the help of point no 9)
15 Keeping good relations third party vendors for staff on contract/perm positions
